Data and privacy

We store your email to confirm authorship and access, and your name and review text for publication. The company cannot see a reviewer’s email. Authors can edit or delete reviews after confirming their email. Technical logs protect against spam. Sent notifications are removed from the queue after 30 days; access codes are removed a day after expiry. Decision and edit history is retained for dispute handling.
